I tower dive regardless of how terrible the idea may be. My clearly heroic actions are usually followed up with me yelling "Mistakes have been made!" to anyone on Skype as I try to get away before the tower murders my face.

Account issues need to be addressed through a ticket even if your last one was closed.
It looks like you guys all have pretty similar logs with most of the errors relating to install location files not found.
It may be quicker to run a repair in your patcher (gear icon in the upper right) or as Exodia already found, a reinstall should fix this as well, http://support.leagueoflegends.com/e...gue-of-legends

If you are having disconnection issues, please do not continue to play in normal or ranked games until you resolve this issue or you will continue to be suspended.

Since I started playing through a wireless connection, I have been experience many ping spikes every game. Normally m ping would be around 85 but it shoots up to around 500 in game every so often.

As for a fix, it really depends on what the setup is like. Most obviously, if you have a poor wireless signal, you're going to experience a significant amount of lag. You can resolve this by moving closer to your wireless router or just wiring directly to your router to avoid the wireless altogether.
It's also possible you have a poor or faulty wireless adapter on the laptop. You can try reinstalling your wireless card drivers or if you have another wireless capable machine, you can use that to test the wireless connection.
It's also possible that your router is unable to handle the level of traffic required to play League of Legends. If you were using the same router on the previous computer though, most likely that's not the issue.
There's a difference between using a USB on your personal computer and trying to take a mobile copy to play on a different computer.
You won't be able to use a USB on a school laptop unless you're able to install the registry files and support programs required to play.

If you run a standard install you can copy your old files over to the new folder before you patch which should save you a little bit of time.

There are two items showing up in your logs.
1. It looks like your patcher is unable to identify correct locations for some of your install files. If you recently did a system restore or moved folders you may want to look at reinstalling, http://support.leagueoflegends.com/e...gue-of-legends
2. It also looks like your patcher is having trouble downloading the correct update files. This can happen for a number of reasons and fixes include,
-Try just restarting your computer if you haven't done so recently
-If you have not played LoL in a long time, please run through the reinstall guide listed above as sometimes old patchers can cause update issues.
-If anything on your network including hardware/software firewalls, anti-virus software, child protection software, etc. could be blocking your connection, please check these items to make sure you have an exception set for League of Legends.

I get a RADS error - Could not to connect to HTTP server / Patcher Kernel Stopped Working
1. Close out your game/patcher, hit ctrl+alt+delete and make sure all instances of LoL.Launcher are gone, then restart the patcher process and let it sit.
2. Go to your Riot Games/RADS/System folder under your default install path, and run the rads_user_kernel.exe file, then try starting your patcher.
3. Try deleting your LoL_Air_Client folder (the default install path for this folder is c:\Riot Games\RADS\Projects) and then repatching.

There is currently a known issue with the store code entry system not displaying an error message when you try to input an invalid code. There is no issue with the code entry system itself.
To clarify, valid code entries ARE working properly. Only, stolen codes or invalid/already used codes or codes that are improperly entered will be rejected.

This isn't always the cause for everyone, but if you have more than 300 people on your ignore or friends list, this can cause chat related issues. If you do have more than 300 people, try removing older entries before using /ignore.
The fixes listed in bold is just a quicker way to resolve the issue. If for some reason that's not working for you, or you can't find the files listed, a reinstall following this guide, http://support.leagueoflegends.com/e...gue-of-legends should also solve your problem.

Most likely you're having an overheating issue. Make sure your ventilation is clear and try running a temperature monitor on your CPU / Graphics Card.

ATI Rage cards are about 15 years old. That card would be far behind even the minimum requirements.
